WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
RIOCONSULTING is a trade name of RIO CONSULT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Articles of Organization filed 16 July 2026, Wyoming Secretary of State ID 2026-002032716). The company is the data controller for everything described on this page.

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND ONLY WHEN YOU SEND A REQUEST
Browsing this site collects nothing. If you fill in the request form and submit it, we receive exactly what you put in it:
- The materials you selected, with any quantity, unit and specification you gave for each, and anything you typed into the “something else” field.
- What the order is for, the volume, the timeline, the delivery terms, and the destination country and city.
- Your name, email address, phone number, and company name if you gave one.
- The fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you submitted.
We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, salted with a value that changes daily. We do not store the address itself and cannot recover it. It exists only to stop the same source flooding the form.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking of any kind.
WHY WE HAVE IT
To answer your request and prepare a quote — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. The legal bases are your consent, which you gave with the checkbox, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
WHO ELSE TOUCHES IT
Four service providers process it on our instructions, and no one else:
- Neon — the database the request is stored in, hosted in the European Union. It also holds the hashed-IP counters that limit how often the form can be submitted.
- Vercel — hosts this site and runs the code that receives your request, in the United States. Their server logs record the request, including your IP address.
- Resend — delivers the notification to us and the acknowledgment to you.
- Amazon SES — the mail infrastructure Resend sends through, in the United States.
RIO CONSULT LLC is a U.S. company, so answering your request involves a transfer of your data to the United States.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Requests are deleted 24 months after they are submitted. This is not a promise we keep by hand — a scheduled job runs every day and erases anything past that age. Ask sooner and we will delete it sooner.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
